We reserve the right to refuse or cancel projects that breach legal, ethical, or professional standards.
Payments, refunds & cancellations
A deposit is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Balance payments are due as specified in your proposal or invoice.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind once work has commenced.
If Petrel cancels a project, we will refund any unused portion of fees paid.
Cancellations by clients may result in forfeited deposits or partial billing for work completed.
